3. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store accounts. Payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app stores.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your mobile device’s account settings. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google.

You retain ownership of any text, voice recordings, or photos you submit to the Service. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process this data solely to provide and improve our AI tracking features.
